Lasting Roots utilizes a cash-based treatment model. Payment occurs at the time of service.

With a cash-based treatment model, we do not submit claims to insurance. However we will provide you with a Superbill. That means we give you a bill that has the charges and information your insurance company needs so you can submit the claim and request reimbursement.
No! You may also pay for services with credit, debit, check, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA).
An order from a doctor is not needed to have an evaluation and initiate treatment.
